If you are suffering from sleepless nights and your entire night passes with you switching sides then you are at the right place. Sleepless nights may be the result of extreme workload, stress, or anxiety. Let's not get deeper into the cause. To know what to do next. I have mentioned some ways that can definitely help you to come out of this phase of sleepless nights:

Set an exact time to sleep: Do this for few weeks and you'll see that every day when clock hits the time, a message will be sent to your grain leading to a desire for sleep.

Keep your room dark: A dark room describes night and night describes the desire to sleep. If you face trouble in sleeping, avoid using night lights.

Avoid naps during the day:  If you are habitual of taking naps during the day, it is suggested to avoid them. This will reduce your energy level thus will provoke you to sleep.

Reduce mobile usage: In the present-day world when everything has shifted online you cannot stop using these devices for your every work. But keeping mobiles aside at least 30 minutes before going to bed can help you in some ways.

Listen soothing music:  Your body is trying to sleep but your mind wanders off. Listening to a calm music while sleeping ๐Ÿ˜ด can help to bring your focus in one single thing and this will help you to sleep.

Breathing exercise and yoga: At night when you are just switching sides and are trying to sleep just calm your body and take deep breaths. Yoga can be one of the best body relaxations and will help you to sleep. Viparita Karni can help you to sleep and Shashankasana can help to relax your body.

Read before going to bed: Develop a habit of reading anything either any self-help book or any other book of interest(not an e-book). This will help your mind to build focus and reduce its wandering off. And will ultimately lead to a deep sleep without disturbances.

Visit your Psychiatrist: Even after following all these tips if you are mot able to sleep even now then you should visit a psychiatrist because it may be a severe case of insomnia. Your psychiatrist can help you to come out of it in the best way.
